Refunds & cancellation.
Clear from the start.
A full refund of that month’s membership payment is available when your request is received before the first scheduled live Zoom session for that paid membership month begins. Once the first scheduled live Zoom session for a paid membership month has begun, that month’s $99 membership payment is nonrefundable. There is no prorated refund for the second session, missed sessions or unused access. You may cancel future renewals at any time; cancellation does not refund a completed payment, and access continues through your paid period.
When the refund cutoff applies
The cutoff is the start of the first scheduled live Zoom session for the paid membership month, whether or not you attend. Attending one session does not entitle you to a partial refund for the other. For November 2026, the first session begins November 11 at 7:30 p.m. Central Time.
Before the first session
Contact financetsalachleadership@gmail.com to request a full refund before the first scheduled session for your paid membership month begins. Include the email used for your subscription so our finance team can locate your payment. The request must be received before that session’s start time. For November 2026, that is November 11 at 7:30 p.m. Central Time.
Cancel future renewals easily
Email financetsalachleadership@gmail.com from your subscription email, or use Manage or cancel membership to stop renewal directly. No phone call or explanation is required.
Cancellation stops future renewal. It does not automatically refund a completed payment. You keep access through your paid period.
