Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Tsalach Leadership website at tsalachleadership.pro, purchasing any of our services or digital products, or engaging with Tsalach Leadership LLC in any capacity, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this Site or purchase our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tsalach Leadership LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Our Services

Tsalach Leadership LLC offers the following service lines:

Executive & Corporate Leadership Coaching

One-on-one and group coaching programs including the UMI™ program, discovery calls, strategy sessions, and leadership development engagements designed for executives, entrepreneurs, and corporate teams.

Virtual Staffing

Sourcing, vetting, and placement of remote virtual staff for businesses. Tsalach Leadership serves as the matching and placement entity; the Client manages the day-to-day relationship with their staff.

AI Compliance & Automation

The Sentrix GPT Agent System is a business opportunity program that trains individuals to become AI Compliance Architects. Our AI Masterclass is a live training event for AI Consultants. Additional AI consulting and integration services may be offered from time to time.

Digital Products & Events

Online masterclasses, training materials, downloads, and other digital products available for purchase through the Site.

Section 03

Payments & Refunds

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through our payment processor. By purchasing any service or product, you authorize Tsalach Leadership to charge the applicable fee to your chosen payment method.

Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; however, changes will not affect purchases already completed.

Refund Policy

• Digital Products & Masterclasses — All sales of digital products, online courses, and masterclasses are final. No refunds will be issued once access has been granted or a live event has been registered for.
• Coaching Packages — Refund requests for coaching packages must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase and before any session has commenced. After a session has taken place or after 48 hours, all sales are final.
• Sentrix GPT Agent System — Due to the nature of this business opportunity program and the immediate delivery of training materials and access, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
• Virtual Staffing Placement Fees — Placement fees are non-refundable once a staffing match has been made and presented to the Client.

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us at admin@tsalachleadership.pro before initiating a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving billing issues in good faith.

Coaching Disclaimer

Our coaches are not licensed therapists, physicians, attorneys, or financial advisors. Nothing communicated in a coaching session, on our website, or through any Tsalach Leadership material constitutes professional advice in any regulated field.

Results are not guaranteed. Your outcomes from coaching depend entirely on your individual effort, commitment, circumstances, and implementation of the strategies discussed. Testimonials shared on this Site reflect individual experiences and are not a promise or guarantee of any particular result.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, medical emergency, or legal or financial situation requiring professional guidance, please consult a licensed professional in the appropriate field.

Section 05

Virtual Staffing Terms

Tsalach Leadership provides staffing sourcing and placement services. By engaging our staffing services, you agree to the following:

• Placement Role — Tsalach Leadership sources, vets, and presents qualified virtual staff candidates. Once a placement is made and accepted by the Client, the working relationship and ongoing management are the sole responsibility of the Client.
• Independent Contractors — Virtual staff placed through Tsalach Leadership are independent contractors, not employees of Tsalach Leadership LLC. The Client is responsible for determining appropriate tax treatment and legal classification in their jurisdiction.
• Client Responsibilities — The Client is responsible for providing clear job descriptions, onboarding materials, communication expectations, and timely payment of the virtual staff member per the agreed terms.
• Confidentiality — Clients agree not to poach or directly recruit Tsalach Leadership staff members outside of our placement process during or within 12 months after an active engagement, without prior written consent from Tsalach Leadership.
• No Guarantee of Performance — While we diligently vet our staff, Tsalach Leadership does not guarantee the performance, reliability, or output of any placed staff member. We will work in good faith to address placement concerns.

AI Services & Sentrix Disclaimer

Earnings Disclaimer

Tsalach Leadership makes no guarantee, representation, or warranty of any specific income, revenue, or financial outcome from participation in the Sentrix program or any other AI-related training or business opportunity we offer.

Individual results will vary significantly based on factors including but not limited to: personal effort, business acumen, market conditions, implementation quality, time invested, and individual skills. Any income figures or examples referenced in our marketing materials represent exceptional results, not typical outcomes.

By enrolling in the Sentrix program or any Tsalach Leadership business opportunity, you acknowledge that:

• There is no guarantee you will earn any specific amount of income
• Your results depend entirely on your own effort, skills, and dedication
• You are purchasing educational and training content, not a promise of income
• You have independently evaluated this opportunity and are not relying on any earnings representations not expressly set forth in a written agreement

AI Technology Disclaimer

AI tools, platforms, and services used in connection with Tsalach Leadership programs are third-party products. Tsalach Leadership does not control and is not responsible for the performance, accuracy, uptime, pricing changes, or terms of service of any third-party platform. We recommend maintaining familiarity with the current terms of any platform you use in your business.

Section 07

Masterclass & Digital Products

When you purchase a live masterclass, online training, or digital product from Tsalach Leadership:

• Access — Live events may require separate registration after purchase. It is your responsibility to complete all required steps to access your purchased content.
• Recording Policy — Live sessions may or may not be recorded at Tsalach Leadership's discretion. Recording access, if provided, will be communicated separately. You may not record, redistribute, or share any session content without prior written permission.
• Technical Requirements — You are responsible for having the necessary device, software, and internet connection to participate in live or digital training.
• Rescheduling — In the rare event that Tsalach Leadership must reschedule a live event, registered participants will be notified promptly and offered a seat at the rescheduled session.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site and within our programs — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, program frameworks, training materials, video content, course curricula, the UMI™ name and methodology, the Sentrix™ system, and all other proprietary materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Tsalach Leadership LLC and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or sell any of our content without prior written permission from Tsalach Leadership LLC. Purchasing a program or service grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the content for your own internal business or personal development purposes only.

Section 09

Confidentiality

Tsalach Leadership treats all client information as strictly confidential. We will not share your personal business information, session content, or details disclosed during coaching with third parties, except as required by law or with your explicit written consent.

Clients are similarly expected to treat any proprietary Tsalach Leadership methods, frameworks, systems, pricing, or internal information shared during our engagement as confidential and not to disclose such information to competitors or third parties.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tsalach Leadership LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunity, or loss of data — arising out of or in connection with your use of our Site, services, or programs, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Tsalach Leadership LLC in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities; in such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tsalach Leadership LLC and its owners, officers, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of our Site or services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any misrepresentation made by you
• Your use or misuse of any AI tools, platforms, or systems in connection with our programs

Section 12

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting us at admin@tsalachleadership.pro. We are committed to resolving disputes in good faith.

If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Wyoming under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in any class action proceeding.

Section 13

Modifications

Tsalach Leadership LLC reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our Site or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We recommend reviewing this page periodically so you are aware of any updates.
