Refund Policy
Section 01
Overview
At Tsalach Leadership LLC, we stand behind the quality of our coaching, staffing, and AI programs and are committed to delivering exceptional value. We understand that questions about refunds may arise, and this policy exists to be fully transparent about our terms for each service line.
All payments are processed securely through our payment processor. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the applicable refund terms for that service or product.
Our general rule: Due to the immediate delivery of digital content, live training access, and program materials, most of our products and services are non-refundable once access has been granted or a session has commenced. Exceptions are noted below for each service category.
Section 02
Leadership Coaching Programs
Refund requests for coaching packages must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase and before any coaching session has commenced. Once a session has taken place or 48 hours have passed from the time of purchase — whichever comes first — the sale is final and no refund will be issued.
Session Rescheduling
We understand that schedules change. Clients may reschedule a booked session with a minimum of 24 hours notice at no charge. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice or failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will be treated as a completed session.
Discovery Calls
Free discovery calls are complimentary and carry no purchase obligation or refund consideration.
Section 03
Virtual Staffing Services
Staffing placement fees are non-refundable once a qualified candidate has been sourced, vetted, and presented to the Client. The placement fee compensates Tsalach Leadership for the vetting, matching, and coordination process — regardless of whether the Client ultimately moves forward with the placed staff member.
Placement Guarantee
If a placed staff member does not work out within the first 14 days due to performance or misrepresentation on the staff member's part, Tsalach Leadership will make a reasonable good-faith effort to provide a replacement match at no additional placement fee. This guarantee is void if the Client fails to provide adequate onboarding, communication, or has unreasonable or undisclosed expectations.
Section 04
Sentrix GPT Agent System
The Sentrix GPT Agent System is a business opportunity training program. Due to the immediate delivery of program access, training materials, and proprietary system content upon purchase, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
By purchasing the Sentrix program, you acknowledge that you are buying access to educational and training content, not a guaranteed business outcome, employment, or income. Individual results depend entirely on your own effort, commitment, and implementation. Please review our Earnings Disclaimer before purchasing.
Section 05
Masterclasses & Live Events
All masterclass and live event registrations are non-refundable once payment has been processed. This includes any live training events hosted by Tsalach Leadership. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.
Rescheduled or Cancelled Events
In the rare event that Tsalach Leadership must reschedule or cancel a live event, all registered participants will be notified promptly and offered one of the following at Tsalach Leadership's discretion: a seat at the rescheduled session, or a credit toward a future Tsalach Leadership event of equal or lesser value. Cash refunds for cancelled events will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Section 06
Digital Products & Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products — which are immediately accessible upon purchase — all digital product sales are final. No refunds will be issued for downloadable content, digital guides, templates, or any other digital product once access has been delivered.
Section 07
UMI™ Program
UMI program purchases may be eligible for a refund if the request is made within 48 hours of purchase and before any program session or content has been accessed. Once you have accessed any portion of the program, attended any session, or 48 hours have elapsed, the sale is final.
Section 08
Chargebacks & Disputes
We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card issuer. Most billing concerns can be resolved quickly and professionally by reaching out to admin@tsalachleadership.pro.
Initiating a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback for a product or service that was delivered as described constitutes a breach of these terms. Tsalach Leadership LLC reserves the right to dispute all chargebacks with supporting evidence and, where applicable, pursue recovery of disputed funds including applicable fees.
Clients who initiate unauthorized chargebacks may be permanently banned from purchasing future Tsalach Leadership services.

How to Request a Refund
If you believe your purchase qualifies for a refund under the terms above, please contact us within the applicable window:

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method through our payment processor. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
