Define the scope
Map the practice’s services, locations, systems, and responsible reviewers. Confirm applicable obligations with qualified professionals rather than assuming every practice has identical requirements.
Organize policies and evidence
Establish a clear home for policies, training documentation, vendor information, and review records, with access appropriate to each role.
Route questions and change alerts
Assign potential regulatory changes and open questions to an authorized person. Document their review and the next action.
Prepare without exposing patient data
Use sample or appropriately controlled information when evaluating a workflow. Do not place patient records in a general discovery form or website chat. Any production data handling requires an appropriate security and privacy review.
