AI compliance infrastructure

What is AI compliance infrastructure?

It is a structured way to connect applicable requirements, research, records, evidence, responsibilities, and review. AI can support parts of that process; people remain accountable for decisions.

Start with the operating context

Identify the organization, its locations, services, data, and the people responsible for reviewing compliance work. A generic list of requirements is not the same as an organization-specific process.

Connect research to its source

Maintain links to official sources so reviewers can evaluate the underlying material. A regulatory change alert should prompt review, not be treated as an automatic legal conclusion.

Keep evidence organized

Link policies, records, and supporting evidence to a defined responsibility and review process. Track what has been reviewed and what still needs attention.

Support professional judgment

SentrixPro supports workflow and evidence organization. It does not replace counsel, guarantee compliance, or serve as a substitute for a security monitoring program.
